Группу будет вести Михаил Мельниченко – один из основателей нашего движения; человек с огромным опытом внутренней работы.
Михаил – старший ученик Владимир Петрова, обучался на семинарах Андрея Милянюка.

Преподаватель специализируется по практикам яншен/цигун. Михаил преподает в том числе известный на весь мир древний оздоровительный комплекс "Ба дуань цзин" (с кит. 8 отрезов парчи), медитацию улыбки.

Утренние занятия - отличный способ зарядиться перед рабочим днем!Изображение удалено.

Занятия проводятся по вторникам и четвергам с 6:00 до 7:30

Старт – 4 октября!
