В этом кратком курсе (около двух месяцев) вы получите необходимую для занятий базу, а именно:

1) Выстраивание тела (от макушки до стоп)

2) Стойки тайцзицюань, передвижения в стойках

3) Центральные термины тайцзицюань, цигун и даосской алхимии (тайцзи, ци, даньтянь, цзинь)

4) Основы расслабления в движении, работы сознания с телом (практики сунгун и чжан чжуан)

5) Выполнение движений в комплексе динши (динамика, паузы).

6) Основы и главные принципы внутренней работы в цигун. "Плавильная работа"

7) Путь в тайцзицюань. От гармоничного движения к здоровью и боевому аспекту

8) Наша традиция, линия передачи, учителя и ученики

Занятия по вторникам и четвергам с 19-00 в нашем зале на ул. ген. Озерова 17б, кабинеты 216/215

Вход в здание со стороны улицы ген. Озерова, 2 этаж, по коридору до конца

Месяц (8 занятий по курсу) – 2400 р. Также курс может оплачиваться по месячным абонементам (3000 р.)
